Autumn/Winter Lips

As you can tell, I am a berry kind of girl when it comes to Autumn and Winter, I love the colour in clothes and also makeup, especially lips! So I gathered together my top lip products I will be wearing for this season, I'm not a bold/dark lip person at all so the main colours I'll be wearing are nudes, browns, plums and berry shades..

This is a satin finish lipstick with a gorgeous berry undertone, this can be worn very full on which gives the lipstick more of a dark purple look, but I personally like to wear this over the top of a lip balm and applied with a lip brush, this lipstick is very long wearing and won't dry your lips out, after the lipstick has worn off it leaves a natural berry stain to the lips.

These gloss sticks are very moisturising and smell like vanilla as well as the Mac Lipsticks do! These are basically a gloss in a stick form which helps to get more of a precise application and they have great pigmentation, they aren't sticky at all but have a great thick texture which makes them last on your lips longer, you can't feel them on your lips either which I love. This is a berry undertoned gloss stick.

This gloss stick is more of a peach nude shade, great for every skin tone and makes the lips look full and plumped.

These lip butters are very moisturising, similar to the gloss with a lovely subtle natural moisturising finish, but these are more of a lipstick type which mean they're more long wearing and are a little bit more pigmented, this shade is a great true plum shade.

This shade is a great nude pink brown, works for all skin tones again I find and it's not one of those nudes which was you out as it's a darker nude shade, it adds just a little bit more colour into your lips. Great shade for Autumn!

This is a bit of a dramatic lipgloss by the lovely Tanya Burr which I love wearing for nights out as you can either wear it with just one layer which gives off a subtle pink purple colour, or you can layer this up for a very full on purple pink shade, very long lasting as it has a thick texture not thin, but it is not sticky at all and you can't feel it on your lips, also very moisturising and smells delicious.

L - R: Soap & Glory 'Nudist' & 'Raplumsel', Revlon Lip Butters 'Sugar Plum' & 'Pink Truffle', Tanya Burr Lipgloss 'Exotic Island', Mac 'Rebel'.

What's your Autumn/Winter lip picks?

Love, Chantelle
