Be Healthy

Today's post is something quite different to what I usually do like beauty and fashion, but I thought it would be fun to do something different and I think this will benefit a lot of people! It might seem a bit boring but I will try to keep it simple and easy for you! It is so important to look after yourself and be as healthy as you can, this will make you feel awake and have tons of energy, you will just generally feel good about yourself which will put you in a good mood, it is important to love yourself the way you are and who you are and know you are looking after yourself well


Eating healthy food: Eating healthily is so important for you, your body needs all the vitamins and nutrients from fruit and vegetables so you need to eat them! Instead of reaching for a chocolate bar for a snack, go for some fruits like bananas, strawberries, cherries or make up a lovely salad! If you eat healthy you will feel good! Try and eat as little junk food as you can and believe me you will feel great

Drinking plenty of water: It is very important to drink all the water you can, it might seem like drinking 8 bottles of water a day just isn't possible and I don't even drink that much in a day, but it is best to try and drink water as much as you can, preferably filtered/bottled water as tap water isn't that great for you, it contains chemicals which our body don't want. Drinking water will make you feel more energetic and ready for the day/evening what ever you are doing, it'll keep you on the go, you don't want to feel drained from being dehydrated, it is so important to have a bottle of water with you at all times. Water also helps to keep your skin healthy and blemish free, your nails strong and grow, also make your hair healthy and grow! So that's one tip if you want to grow your hair as you'll be growing your hair as well as giving your body what it wants


Exercise: This is not a must-do to be healthy, but it is great to keep you high in energy, give you something to do rather than snacking and watching TV, also gives you the body you desire, to be healthy you don't have to be a size 8(UK) in clothes, you can be a size 12(UK) and be healthier than a women who is a size 8(UK), if you do regular workouts, even if it's just going for a walk to the shop instead of driving or some cardio in your living room, it will make you feel better about yourself knowing you are keeping fit

Get out of the house: Try and be out of the house busy doing something than sitting in being bored, this can cause you to snack on food you don't actually need as you aren't hungry, it can also cause you to become energyless just lazying around, so go see your friends or family for a couple of hours, do some shopping you need to do or just go for a quite walk around your village. Keeping yourself busy will make it easier for you to not snack as much and only remember to eat when you actually need to
